MARZ NETWORK FANTASY 11 PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
At My Network 11 we believe Your money is yours & you should get it immediately when you want. We are working with the best banking & payment gateway partners to pay-out our users at the earliest possible. All the refunds will be processed after internal review, and it may take up to 2 working days.
However, all the refunds at My Network 11 are subject to following conditions: A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible. However, My Network 11 may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permit a Player to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid:
a) If the Player sends a written request to from My Network 11 the registered email Id to cancel such payment; or
b) If the payment is made for participation in the paid versions of the Contests, the cancellation request must be received at least 2 days prior to the commencement of the round in respect of which the payment is made; My Network 11 shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter.
My Network 11 may, at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the Player after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. At the time of the transaction, Players may also be required to take note of certain additional terms and conditions and such additional terms and conditions shall also govern the transaction. To the extent that the additional terms and conditions contain any clause that is conflicting with the present terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
All the refunds are processed to the same mode / financial instruments through which the deposits were made.
In some cases, internal review team may take upto 2 working days to process a Refund. All prizes shall be subject to deduction of tax (“TDS”) as per the Income Tax Act 1961. Winners will be provided TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions. The Winners shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable tax, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the prize money.
My Network 11 reserves the right to modify/change these Payment & Refund terms & conditions anytime without any notice
We will refund any unused balance in your Unutilised Account if your Account is suspended or removed under the following circumstances: (a) Due to our failure to provide the Services, (b) Upon receiving Instructions from any government or regulatory authority.
If a Contest is abandoned, we will refund the Pre-Designated Amount paid by you as per the Terms outlined here. Should we receive instructions from a relevant government authority to deactivate your Account, we will process a refund of the amount in your Unutilised Account to the original payment source, after accounting for applicable processing fees.
If our Services become unavailable due to factors outside our control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or any other 'Force Majeure Event," we reserve the right to cancel any Contest and refund the Pre-Designated Amount.
In a Paid Contest with up to 4 Users where all participants select the same teams (including the same Captain, Vice-Captain, and Backup), the Pre-Designated Amount will be refunded to all Users once the match begins.
For Paid Contests with 5 or more Users, where all Users select the same teams, the Prize Pool will be equally distributed among them.
In the case of a refund request for the amount deposited in your Unutilised Account, it will be processed minus applicable GST (28%), which will not be refunded per government regulations.
